CertainTeed Honors Pond Roofing Co with Diamond Level Customer TrackRecord Award

(Valley Forge, Pa.) – Pond Roofing Co, Fairfax, Virginia, was recently honored with CertainTeed Corporation’s Diamond Level Customer TrackRecord Award. The accolade recognizes roofing contractors who are focused on superior standards of customer service. Pond Roofing Co shares the distinction with only a few other companies in the U.S. and Canada.

“Pond Roofing Co is very deserving of the Diamond Level Customer TrackRecord Award,” said Jay Butch, director of contractor programs for CertainTeed Roofing. “They have reached this elite status by demonstrating excellent performance and consistently providing exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.”

The Diamond Award signifies that Pond Roofing Co attained the highest honor available from CertainTeed. To earn Diamond status, contractors must have a minimum of 48 customer surveys submitted with a collective survey rating of 4.0 or higher on a 5.0 scale. Achieving this level of customer approval ratings is commendable and Pond Roofing Co is worthy of this special recognition for their outstanding accomplishment.
