With a long history in restaurants and cruise lines, when Sami joined Pond she was no stranger to the customer service arena. At Pond, she is one of the friendly voices who answers the phone when you call the office. She’s also the one who keeps the lines of communication open between our customers and our estimators. Sami schedules initial estimates as well as any additional appointments needed along the way to keep our customers smiling. She works hard to respond to our customers’ questions and understand their expectations. If she doesn’t have the answer, she will be sure to track one down. Sami is a self-proclaimed Disney fanatic.
