After many successful years as a Virginia Class A licensed contractor, Shanti joined forces with Pond in 2007. He helps our customers make informed decisions about their roofing, gutter, siding, window and door needs and provides them with competitive estimates to achieve their exterior remodeling goals.

He remains the point of contact from the initial meeting to the project final inspection. This ensures high quality work is performed and any customer questions or concerns are addressed. Shanti stays just as busy away from Pond with his wife and four children.
