When You’re Happy, We’re Happy
We want you to feel comfortable and informed during the entire Pond Roofing & Exteriors project process. We are meeting our own expectations when we are surpassing yours – with no surprises along the way. When you call in to our office, a friendly voice will greet you and help you schedule an initial visit with one of our knowledgeable and experienced estimators. You will receive an email confirming the details of your appointment that will include your estimator’s name and photo so you know who to expect at your door.
During our initial visit, your estimator will visually inspect the areas requiring attention on your home. If you have called us about a roof, your estimator will “walk the roof” to identify the current status of your home’s roofing components. Your estimator will then discuss their findings and suggested course of action with you. In most cases, our estimators are able to show you color and material samples as well as provide you with a detailed estimate describing scope and pricing options during this first visit.
For large installations like new roofs, siding and windows, we will schedule the delivery of materials to your home prior to the arrival of the installation crew – usually early morning the day of your installation. At the time of delivery, roofing materials are machine lifted onto the roof or otherwise placed in your empty driveway if electric lines obstruct the lift or if the roof is made of shake or slate. Similarly, siding, window, door and gutter materials are placed in your driveway. We advise you to protect or remove valuable or unreplaceable items in the attic area and around the exterior of your home prior to your installation day.
On the day work is to begin, a foreman will be on-site to ensure your work is done according to the work order, in a timely manner and ultimately to your satisfaction. Additionally, your estimator is always reachable for follow up questions or concerns. We make every attempt to inform you ahead of time if weather is going to prohibit us from working on your home the day your installation is scheduled. Regardless of the type of project being executed, we take precautions to protect existing landscaping, hardscaping and air conditioning units around your home.
Once your project is completed, we will inspect the installed components for workmanship. All work areas are scanned with a nail magnet and raked for loose debris to ensure little to no material is left in your yard. We want you to feel that we left your yard in the condition we found it – and for you to begin enjoying your new home improvements right away!
