A veteran of the United States Army, Lonnie uses his 35-plus years of roofing experience to problem solve for our customers. His mission is to assist with current needs as well as proactively identify, and ultimately help customers avoid, larger issues down the road. Often times when Lonnie is looking at a roof, he is able to identify and photograph issues other than the customer’s original concern—ultimately saving them time and money. At the end of a busy Pond week, Lonnie enjoys time to simply relax with friends and family. He describes himself as “just a common person.” His co-workers and customers will tell you he is anything but “common.”
