3 Roof Related Questions to Answer Before Winter

Sep 24, 2015

As you are well aware, Mother Nature can take its toll on your roof (as well as other parts of your home).

Even though the winter season is closing in, there is still time to address any outdoor concerns you may have. This includes those associated with your roof. Below are three roof related questions to answer before winter:

·      Is your roof in good enough condition to handle everything that will come its way, including cold weather, snow, rain, and ice?

·      Can your gutters handle a large amount of snow and ice?

·      When was the last time your roof was inspected by a professional?

The third question is extremely important, as it is difficult to answer the first two without it. If you had your roof inspected earlier this summer, it is safe to assume it is ready to handle the winter season. Conversely, if your roof hasn’t been inspected in a decade, for example, you never know what could happen.

The winter season is closing is on us, but that doesn’t mean you are out of time. You can still have your roof inspected and repaired, if necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us for advice and guidance. We are more than happy to inspect your roof, provide feedback on any repairs or maintenance, and make sure you have peace of mind when the winter weather finally arrives.
