Ana uses her superpowers to support the sales team and ensure every contract detail is complete. She is a team player who keeps our customers happy by listening to their needs and working hard to ensure that everything is addressed to their satisfaction. She aims to continue learning and strives to assure that the same mistake is never made twice.
Working in the restaurant industry as a bartender, Ana has learned how to engage with customers on a personal and professional level, making her a valuable asset to the Pond Team. Family is very important to Ana. She spends time outside the office baking goods with her mother for the neighbors and taking her son to his soccer games. No one thinks they will grow up to be a Soccer Mom, but Ana excels at the role, making sure to fulfill her motherly duty of embarrassing him from the sidelines!”
