Barb has been part of the Pond team for over 36 years. She is invaluable to many areas of Pond’s administrative operations but her primary focus is on accounting and HR. Barb prides herself on always listening to our customer’s needs, treating them with respect and working hard to provide them with answers and solutions to their questions. Sometimes answers to the smallest questions can make the biggest difference.

Barb enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, reading and gardening when she’s away from Pond.
