Lori joined Team Pond in 2024 as Lead Sales Coordinator. After years of working for a non-profit organization, serving people with developmental disabilities, Lori enjoyed her time working as a Legal Assistant in Criminal Defense. She then went on to start her own business as a Virtual Assistant which sparked a future of working in the home service industry. She dedicated her career to helping business owners manage administrative tasks.

Lori practices a streamlined approach to assisting customers based on empathy, efficiency, and quick problem-solving. Residing in the Shenandoa Valley, when not at Pond, she like to hike, explore walking trails, spend time with her family, and head to the beach.
