Mike joined the Pond team with a long history in construction management. His experience ranges from running his own residential remodeling firm to running 30 crews of IT infrastructure installers at the Pentagon.

At Pond, Mike is the master link that connects our customers with our roofing, siding, window and gutter material installers as well as our suppliers. He works tirelessly to make sure our customers’ jobs get scheduled and completed without interruption and to their satisfaction. When Mike isn’t busy tending to Pond jobs, he’s busy tending to anything his wife and three children tell him to do.
