Minh Dinh

Quality Assurance Manager

Minh started as an assistant on a Pond repair crew over 30 years ago. Today, he heads up our repair department and handles quality assurance for both repairs and replacement installations. Minh is Pond’s resident problem solver.

He regularly diagnoses and solves the most stubborn of roofing, siding and window problems. Minh loves the thrill of solving a puzzle so much that he regularly helps our customers track down water issues—many of which have nothing to do with roofing, siding or windows at all. When Minh isn’t putting his brain power to work for Pond, he’s relaxing and enjoying time with his two daughters.
