Nataly plays an important role in assisting our repair and replacement departments deliver excellent service to our customers. Since coming to work with us she has helped us develop new ways to keep our customers “in the know” while waiting on their important projects to begin.

She helps keep things moving by ensuring materials are ordered and our schedules are communicated and met. Ultimately, she helps to ensure we have happy customers throughout the production process. If you’ve got a question about your job, Nataly will get you an answer. On the weekends, Nataly enjoys puppy kisses from her dog, Messi, and time at her church to recharge for the next busy week at Pond.
