Patrick Readyhough
Patrick has been in the home remodeling and construction industry for over 30 years. His journey began in college running painting crews to help pay for his tuition while attending Virginia Tech. After graduating, he gained experience working for a national homebuilder, a Northern Virginia exterior remodeler and successfully built and sold his own exterior remodeling company. In 2010, the timing was right for him to join forces with Betsy Pond. Together, Betsy and Patrick fine-tuned Pond’s operations to increase the overall quality of our customers’ experience—including extra training for installers and estimators, an updated scheduling system and additional points of communication throughout the Pond production process. In 2012, Patrick bought Pond Roofing from Betsy who stayed on as an advisor and to assist with marketing. Patrick has a passion for people and creating personal relationships through every experience he encounters—just ask our thousands of satisfied customers.
Patrick was born and raised in Fairfax and continues to live in the area with his wife and two children. When he’s not working hard to make Pond the best company it can be, he unwinds by fishing, mountain biking and spending time with family and friends.
