Taylor Carroll
Taylor leverages her unique background in the equestrian world to bring valuable skills to the home service industry. With a strong passion for establishing systems and promoting organization in all areas of business, she excels at streamlining operations and driving success.
Growing up in the equestrian industry, Taylor developed a profound sense of pride in her work and effective coaching skills for students. She managed logistics for a Hunter/Jumper show program and later transitioned to the veterinary field, working for the US Olympic Show Jumping team Veterinarian. In this role, she strategized and delivered cutting-edge biologics to elite athletes, contributing to the team’s success with unwavering commitment and attention to detail. Returning to her roots in Virginia, Taylor worked as an Executive Assistant, quickly rising to the position of Executive Director. In this role, she implemented systems and processes across multiple businesses, effectively keeping the CEO on track and organized. Her ability to manage complex projects and maintain a high level of efficiency proved crucial to the company’s growth. This led Taylor to ultimately discover her true calling as an Integrator. She is an integral part of the Pond Roofing team, contributing to the company’s growth and success. When she’s not working Taylor enjoys riding horses and hiking with her jack russell terrier, Rosie.
