CertainTeed, one of the largest shingle manufacturers in the world recently announced the results of its customer service Track Record surveys. CertainTeed established a Customer Track Record survey that gives residential shingle customers the opportunity to rate their roofing experience, and recipients of the highest achievement record were just announced.

Pond Roofing has been recognized as one of less than fifteen companies that received that rating and award.

CertainTeed, in its letter to Pond Roofing, stated that “Your Company has demonstrated that dedication to customer satisfaction is an extremely important element of your business.
