Trusted Team Member Since 2010Patrick has been in the home remodeling and construction industry for over 20 years. His journey began in college running painting crews to help pay for his tuition while attending Virginia Tech. After graduating, he gained experience working for a national homebuilder, a Northern Virginia exterior remodeler and successfully built and sold his own exterior remodeling company. In 2010, the timing was right for him to join forces with Betsy Pond. Together, Betsy and Patrick fine-tuned Pond’s operations to increase the overall quality of our customers’ experience—including extra training for installers and estimators, an updated scheduling system and additional points of communication throughout the Pond production process. In 2012, Patrick bought Pond from Betsy who stayed on as an advisor and to assist with marketing. Patrick has a passion for people and creating personal relationships through every experience he encounters—just ask our thousands of satisfied customers.Patrick was born and raised in Fairfax and continues to live in the area with his wife and two children. When he’s not working hard to make Pond the best company it can be, he unwinds by fishing, mountain biking and spending time with family and friends.

Trusted Team Member Since 2018Growing up in a roofing family, Nick is no stranger to the roofing business. Initially though, his calling was the water. Nick worked for a dinner cruise company in Norfolk Virginia, later moving to Northern Virginia where he moved on to captain larger dinner cruise boats. It was during this time that Nick started working for Pond part time. Eventually his roofing roots won out and he joined the Pond team full time. Nick understands the impact a well-executed project can have on a customer. The day of your installation, he works hard to ensure our crews are on schedule and have the materials they need to provide excellent workmanship and an overall positive experience. Being out in the field most of the time, he often forgets to take snacks and casually pops by the office to steal some from his wife Sami’s desk. When Nick is not working for Pond, he roams the countryside on his customized Harley Davidson Sportster 883 trying to recreate scenes from the classic movie Easy Rider.
